The calculators send nothing

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Prices, costs, margins, supplier terms — none of it is transmitted, and there is no server-side record of any calculation you perform. No account is needed for any calculator.

Share links are the one exception, and only by your choice. Pressing “copy link” encodes your inputs into a URL. That URL leaves your machine only when you send it to someone.

What we do collect

Email addresses, if you subscribe. Stored with the page you subscribed from and a confirmation timestamp. Used to email you when a tariff rate changes. Nothing else, and never sold or shared. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you rather than flagging you.

Aggregate analytics. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and four feature-usage counts (a calculator was used, a link was copied, an email was subscribed, a checkout was started) — without cookies, without cross-site tracking and without building a profile of you. We can see that a thing happened. We cannot see who you are.

Account and workspace data, if you sign up. Your email address (via the sign-in code or Google), and the SKU cost profiles you choose to save. Sign-in uses a session cookie — that is the only cookie on the site, it exists only when you create an account, and it does nothing but keep you signed in.

Subscription status, if you pay for Pro. Payment and cards are handled entirely by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. We store the reference Stripe gives us — a customer id, subscription id, plan and status — so the workspace knows your subscription state. Stripe’s own processing is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Nothing else. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party trackers, no cookie banner — the one cookie above needs no consent banner because it is strictly functional.

Where subscriber data lives

On our own server, in a Postgres database we operate, in the United States. Not in a third-party marketing platform. Access is restricted to the service credential the subscription endpoint uses; the key that ships to browsers has no read access to the subscriber table at all.

Your rights

Email hi@break-even-roas-calculator.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion means deletion, not deactivation. We answer within seven days; there is no form and no ticket system.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will email subscribers rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
